It is nearly time for one of the Camp Beaumont's teams favourite days of the year... PANCAKE DAY!
With a endless number of different topping options the possibilities are endless and that's why we love pancakes so much!
It seems the jury is out on the Camp Beaumont teams favourite toppings with lemon and sugar coming in at number 1!
Clare, our Customer Care Manager's favourite topping is Nutella, bananas and cream! Our Recruitment manager Emily prefers the savoury topping of spinach and ricotta and our programme director Lisa has a bizarre favourite of butter and sugar!

Breakfast Options
What better way to start the day!?
Maple Syrup and Bacon
Serve up this American classic with crispy streaky bacon slices and a good drizzle of maple syrup.
Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese and Avocado
Start your day off in the right way! Spread cream cheese over your pancake, top with some smoked salmon, some sliced fresh avocado and a squeeze of lemon juice. Avocado has some fantastic health benefits and is full of vitamins and minerals!
The reason Pancake Day is celebrated is because its the last day before lent to use up any rich foods in the house such as eggs, milk and sugar. But why stop there? Use leftovers in your fridge on your pancake as a topping. Leftover roast from the weekend? Chop up any veg and meat, warm through to add to your pancake. Yoghurt, fruit and drizzle of honey is a great combo. The possibilities are endless and anything goes!
